"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"While the property is spacious, areas such as bathrooms, wardrobes, toilets are not well maintained. Definitely not a 5 star as claimed. "

"Admittedly there are minor issues with the Villa. These must be balanced with the rate. The owner appears frank and says its not the Hilton. When you consider the price, I suggest this is the best value option in the area. The pool was not something we utilised but the beach and beach clubs are close. We loved the walk to some of the areas best restaurants. Really you are getting great value for a high quality area."

"The ground floor rooms are so dark, weak lighting and you can’t open the curtains. Shower wasn’t very hot, food was ok, limited menu and you can’t alter the menu in any way You can’t lie around the pool so would only recommend this place to sleep. It’s on a very busy part of Batu Belig so forget car transport, scooters only. Positives: Room size was large, smart tv, comfortable bed"

"We stayed in villa 3 in July and oh boy! such an amazing villa - huge in size, extremely comfortable and luxurious. The private pool was of good size. The staff was courteous and helpful but most weren't conversant in English. The hotel only provided breakfast with no other meals served but that is fine, there are a number of good restaurants around and in Seminyak to explore. The hotel is located in the heart of Seminyak and is close to all the happening restaurants and bars. The only drawback...

"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled...
