"We loved the hotel itself, the view, the pool, and our room was lovely (nicer that the photos suggested). "Buen espacio en la suite. Camas confortables. Personal amable. Parqueadero gratuito. Buena comida al restaurante. La iluminación en los baños es pésima, más que todo cuando una mujer debe maquillarse. "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"for the price and location - this place is awesome, my only problem was seeing they keep dolphins - for what reason??? let them go ! their pool is small and shallow, they have no place to hide from people; please please let them go - and if for some reasons they cannot be released - please give them more space and do not conduct shows and petting ..."

"Overall, this was the best resort experience we’ve had. The pools and ocean views are incredible, the Lagoonarium is a neat experience. The rooms are clean, luxurious, and well-designed, and the staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating.
