The room was clean, the pool was in good condition. The staff were helpful. The bathroom needed updating and you can't shower without flooding the bathroom. The lobby was in need of updating/fixing with a huge water damage hole and most of the lights not working.

The location is great It’s close to main areas for shopping, dinning and exploring the city The elevator wasn’t working so it was an inconvenience we had to use the only service elevator there was a line all of the time The hotel needs maintenance There were holes on the walls and maybe some humidity signs on the ceiling The people were friendly and very helpful and always making an effort to understand and communicate in English

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. However, a number of things could be improved. Kitchen..no tea towel, no washing up detergent, no kitchen knives, no milk in the refrigerator for coffee. No microwave or toaster.. Bathroom.. a cake of soap but no soap dish..basic amenities only.

Room was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area was not good as they were replacing the deck and bar was closed. Outside of the hotel needs a good clean and repaint. Seemed to be a lot of black mould on outside walls.
