"Room was excellent….housekeeping not so much…was hit or miss. Also AC continually broke down, and after being told motor needed to be replaced, 3 days later it was still not done, even after someone came by every day. They did make amends and offered a massage, but for a 5 star hotel, neither or the above things should have been an issue at all."

The room air conditioning was great. The hotel was impeccable clean, the room cleaners were fantastic and even lined our kids soft toys on their bed each time they made up the room. Demmy was helpful from the get go and would go above and beyond for our requests!"

"The grounds of this hotel are amazing, very lush and tropical. The shuttle bus to the private beach is great, we felt very safe and looked after. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bed 2 bath room was perfect! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We found the bathroom in our bedroom tired but still tidy enough. Overall a great stay for our first time in Nusa dua "
