"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

I did not get a chance to do breakfast one morning due to an early conference, the lovely ladies at the restaurant packed me freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit to take away. Made my day!"

Breakfast buffet choices were superb. Check in was a breeze, and the staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Price was very reasonable as well! I appreciated the traditional Chines decor in the lobby and rooms; they added a lot of joy to my stay. The happy hour with the free wine was a great bonus.
