"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "

"We loved this hotel, wonderful staff, lovely room, great breakfast, gorgeous gardens and pool. only issue for room #104 is it is noisy, particularly if you have door or window open. We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. "Spectacular location set in the cliffside overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beutiful marble interior and wonderful breakfast terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and Capri. Good, free parking facilities. (rare for this part of the world) Quiet village with pleasant square 2 mins walk from hotel. Overall, I loved the very Italian character of the hotel and the staff. The only warning I have is that driving in this part of Italy is not for the faint hearted. The roads are chaotic, narrow and overcrowded. Parking is scarce and costly."
