"We stayed one of the ensuite rooms with vaulted ceilings and a dormer window- you just need to remember to duck ocasionaly. It's on the second floor so you need to allow for this, not a problem for most people. We were surprised how much space there was and the view over the park was lovely. The location in Leith is much closer to the city centre than it may appear as the regular (2-10 mins wait) new tram line whooshes you to the centre in 5-15 minutes. "This is a clean, modern hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. There is a nice lobby entryway that leads to the open, light filled dining and breakfast room. The free breakfast offers many cold and hot options as well as some gluten free items. The room was well appointed and all was clean and comfortable. "

"The place was adequate, but not many creature comforts, including sheets for the sofa sleeper. We had to hunt to find anything to use and make shift. The shower is an electric shower which meant it was hot one second, cold the next and not very much pressure. The outdoor space was completely unusable...overgrown with weeds and no place to sit if it were cleaned up...such an uninviting atmosphere. The apartment smelled of musty, mildew and smoke.
