We booked 4 nights in the end of May for $1,803.54. Our experience was horrendous; it looks like the hotel is going downhill. The price for the room has not matched any of our expectations. It was “Ride London” weekend and the prices were steep everywhere. Upon arrival, we were told that there was no hot water in the hotel and we might be checked in in another property. Finally, we checked in in our hotel and it was a huge mistake. The hot water was "fixed" and we got it in an hour. However, there was no hot water next morning. We were offered to take a shower on another property, a block away from the hotel! When we asked if we can be moved to another property, the answer was "yes" but that property was located much further from the current location and it was not suitable for us. Many guests ahead of us managed to move to different properties; we were a little late. Eventually, after 2 hours, we got hot water. Next day, we woke up early to rush out to a shower as, if we understood correctly, the boiler could not handle all guests showering at the same time (!?). However, there was a fire alarm in the morning and we had to get out of the hotel.
Last day, there was a fire alarm again in the morning and we had to eat breakfast in another location. In addition: one elevator did not work, breakfast was with very basic food, not much choice, juice dispensers did not work well, and windows frames need touch up.
