"The staff are professional and very friendly, Mr. Hatem at the reception very professional he gave us nice and warm hospitality, food is very good and the restaurant staff very friendly and nice, I have enjoyed my stay in this place for the third consecutive time."

"Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi"
