"Room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden and the river. Staff were friendly and efficient, and breakfast was very good. The hotel has the ambience of a beautiful country house, with many original features. We have stayed here many times and the hotel never fails to please. One very minor point, the potholes on the driveway!"
