"The Plaza Hotel is very conveniently located across the street from the Venice-Mestre Train Station. We arrived on a very rainy evening and we didn't even get wet to ge to the hotel. The city bus to the Venice Marco Polo Airport and the airport shuttle is just about a block down the street. THe room is spacious and clean although a bit outdated. Lots of local restaurants and cafes nearby plus three water taxi stops. Marco was very helpful with checkin, anniversary extras, plus restaurant recommendations and reservations.
