"The boutique hotel is beautiful! The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. It was walking distance to many of the city’s attractions, but you must be ready to walk up and down steep hills, but that’s just Lisbon in general."

"The property is excellent, close to downtown. I would suggest not driving unless you are a local. We used an airport shuttle, and shuttled back to get our rental car for the rest of our trip. The staff were amazing, we arrived early and looked after our bags then delivered them to our room. They had good tips and suggestions that were very helpful. I would stay there again in an instant "

"Small, quaint, no frills. Breakfast was nice. Eat outdoors on the small patio at your peril. The peacocks and pigeons will watch you closely and dive in for crumbs. The hotel is by the St George Castle and close to a few really nice churches, but be prepared to walk down and up hills from and to the hotel. Ubers cannot get close to the hotel so you need to walk 5-7 mins to meet them. Some taxis may get up to the hotel but it can take time to call one. The little museum in the basement is nice....

"Excellent location. Not too touristy, but a quit cablecar ride right into the heart of historic Lisbon. The staff are very professional and helpful. Real hospitality!! Daily fresh bread and breakfast items along with fresh fruits were enjoyed by all. I'd return there and stay there in a heartbeat. "
