"This is a newer property and it is lovely. Situated in a quieter part of Duluth and very close to Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge. Our room had a great view of the Duluth Harbor. It was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with all the staples of a continental breakfast like, fresh-made waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and great coffee. "We loved our stay. It was a great location and everyone from the youngest to the oldest in our group had a blast. The team was super helpful at check-in getting us into our rooms early and for making our stay fun and pleasurable. If we're in the area again we'll definitely stay here! Bonus points because it's dog friendly!"

"We love staying at all residents inns! It’s always clean, staff is super nice, and Duluth was the best so far. Breakfast the next morning was just beautiful and delicious, fresh strawberry topping for waffles, spinach and feta eggs and egg sandwiches! Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel recently!"

"So wonderful to be on Park Point!! So fun to walk over the Lift Bridge and have all of Canal Park to play in . Grandma’s & all the variety of shops within a short walk !! And of course you have Lake Superior on all sides !! "

"Very nice property. The room we stayed in the Barnum room had a very high bed. People who are not tall will need to hop up. Balcony is awesome, place is quiet and serene. Area to have coffee, fruit or pastries in morning. Will stay again."
