"Only one elevator with slow service; room furniture poor; terrible room coffee; expensive lobby coffee by Starbucks: no breakfast; lack of small toiletries; over priced for value received. Would not stay again."

"Location was great for our needs. Family lives close to the hotel. We had plenty of food choices within a short drive or walk. We already made plans to stay again."

"Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles,sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!"

"There is no wifi, noisy (close to expressway). And the phone number never be answered, only voice system even daytime. This is the first time I've ever given a negative review in a hotel during the past 3 years of traveling in United States."

"Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather."

"Bathroom had black mold. Paint was peeling. Shower had little water coming out. Had bug running across the room. Sink stopper stuck down and had to screw out of sink. Breakfast was OK but had no fruit. AC worked fine. Staff was helpful."

"No hot water in the shower. No water pressure in the shower. Room 206 Should have brought a hose to hook up to the sink to shower. Elevator floor had some kind of soup spread around. No glass tray in microwave. Fridge was nice! Two tiny two inch pillows, two big towels, two hand towels. This was a four day stay. Not pleasant, front desk said they would put in a work order for my room not having hot water, after first explaining to me that there was no hot water because others were using...
