"I wanted to share some quick feedback about my recent stay. ​The Good: ​Cleanliness: My room was spotless upon arrival. ​Comfort: I really appreciated that the room temperature was set before I checked in; it was perfectly comfortable the moment I walked in. ​The Bad: ​Elevator Noise: The "stop ring" sound on the elevator was very loud. It was a bit disruptive, especially at night. PC : I needed to print out my documents, but PC was down from last week. It should be repaired soon."

"The facility smells terrible of chlorine, the lighting is so bad the place is dark and dungeony. The room was so depressing. Sticky floors, stale humid room, bed squeaked, poor insulation between rooms - I could hear everything and the room next to me was screaming at video games. Staff was nowhere to be found when I wanted help so i just left several days early and they wouldnt even refund or credit the days I didnt stay"

"The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in. "

"First and foremost they did not have a defibrillator and the possibility of a life being saved with the defibrillator in the building should be addressed. There was the smell of marijuana throughout the hotel Even though it is posted that anyone smoking will be asked to leave the premises and a $250 fine. It was obvious that people and children are living in the hotel not just staying for a few days."

"Hotel is outstanding. Friendly, helpful staff, immaculately clean, odor-free, great breakfast, quiet, and free parking. Beds are comfortable too. "

"The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. Overall, the hotel seemed run down and seemed to have a lot of shady people and sit"

"Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning."
