"The hotel was neat and comfortable however the parking is ridiculous. The only option to park is valet for $27/a day. Otherwise you have to self park two blocks away in a public parking lot which is $1.50/hr. Cleveland isn’t safe enough to walk around let alone at night. Otherwise, the coffee bar has limited staff with different hours than advertised and the restaurant wasn’t open to dine either. I ended up doordashing food. "I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."

"Perfect spot to be able to walk to the stadium for monster jam. Kids were abke to enough things on the walk. Room was nice and spacious for 5 people and beds we super comfy. Everything was clean. Breakfast area could use a bigger space. Long lines to wait to get food and seats was very hard to find as well for breakfast."

"This is a very beautiful hotel. The room was excellent and all the employees were very accommodating. My sink did not drain and at checkout time the elevator to the garage broke down. The first-floor emergency exit in the stair well is a fire hazard due to blocked with furniture and flag poles."
