The Sheraton Club lounge on the 26th floor of the South Tower was a treat and an essential retreat each day from our trips out into Cairo. "Great experience. One thing that was problematic was that cold drinks were not included in the total price. Especially water, water should not have been an extra cost during meals. Fantastic staff!"

"Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. Guess they have their reasons for doing so. All in all - a lovely relaxed stay . "

"We have loved Kempinski hotel in our previous stays elsewhere in the world. This hotel feels relatively a little old and did not give that luxury feel. The afternoon tea was expansive, took a long time to prepare and somewhat stall food. The staff were very nice. Other services were good. "
