"Location is good for exploring the city. Location is great for access to “The Last Supper” and the Da Vinci Science Museum. Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests (speaks English). We stayed during the El Niño heat wave of 2026 and the A/C was struggling hard. We stayed on an upper floor with a balcony. It was cooler than the outside, but not quite cool enough to be relaxing. "Fijne accomodatie in de ring van Milaan. Brandschoon en goede communicatie met beheerder (zelfs via whatsapp op vrijdagavond). Zeer aan te bevelen. "

"Die Klimaanlage war Gold wert, nur leider sehr laut. Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und man konnte in Minutenabständen laut die Metro hören. (Deswegen Hotel "Metro"?!?) Das hat nachts sehr gestört. Vermutlich sind die Stockwerke weiter oben weniger betroffen. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein Glaspavillion mit Außenplätzen auf dem Dach. Sehr schön mit super nettem Personal. "There was no hot water and if there was it was only for a little 4 min minimum. The door was so hard to unlock or lock. The location was very close to a lot of restaurants and local trains. The restroom was very small not like the pictures."

"I had been in this hotel before, and I liked it. But this time we experienced serious problems with the room's air conditioning. It was hot, and maintenance came about 3 times, and wasn't able to fix it. They said it was hard to keep cold the whole hotel, but the windows in the corridors were kept open. If you can't keep the hotel cold, don't charge me! They offered to place a fan in the room. I don't pay for A/C to get a fan! It's not the same! We paid just to sleep in the heat"
