"Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...

"We had several problems in our room, the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain, the speakers in our room didn’t work . We made a request for a tv in our room but when we got to our room there was no tv. One of the $10.00 bottled water was open (we will probably be charged for it) and also the refrigerator was not cold at all. "

"The hotel is well located in Eadt Billage close to the subway but the beds are not comfortable and there is no chair or desk in the room. A lot of money for not much. "

"Very cool property. Nice to be surrounded by plants and other natural materials in the middle of NYC. Not a lot of space for personal items in the rooms but that was the only downside. Otherwise, great location, wonderful staff. "

"The staff were very friendly when I checked in and throughout my entire stay! The valet was convenient, much easier than trying to find parking elsewhere. There was no in-and-out for the valet while I was there, but it’s the city, a million things are in walking distance; so, if you don’t mind that, it really is wonderful place to stay.
