"Breakfast should be free for the cost u pay for a room . Fridge’s should be full of drinks and snacks to be billed to room and the food should be available 24 hours being out the air port"

"The staff was really nice. Nice options for breakfast. My children and grandson really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient for traveling to different locations. The negative issue was the smell entering the room. I had to open the windows and spray Lysol but didn’t help. The room was very clean and neat though. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. No problems with the Wi-Fi."

"Hotel is okay, they are currently under renovation. While under renovation it’s a 7.5/10 only because there isn’t any housekeeping after 5. When I checked into my room it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest who had stayed hut the lady at the front desk got me a new room immediately. Breakfast was okay could be better by adding for options to the hot areas and overall. I feel like I’ve the renovations are done it will be a good hotel but right it okay if you need to quick night to stay at"

"The property was beautiful and well kept, there was construction happening and no A/C in some common areas. Otherwise the hotel was clean and quiet, and well kept"

"My sheets were used and the bathroom sink was full with water. The place wasnt cleaned and it was very obvious."

"The room wasn’t clean, no trash can, remote to the tv was broke, no clean wash cloths or towels. When I called the front desk staff to request towels and wash cloths. I was ignored. This hotel is horrible the pictures online are a lie. Non smoking section smells like cigarettes! The free breakfast was offer was nothing but muffins. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel."

"The elevators need help. They are outdated and need maintenance asap. Fireworks in the parking lot on July 4 where cars are parked is dangerous. Quiet hours were not explained to quests staying there. Slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours of the night. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards. Room carpets were dirty need a good cleaning. I wore slippers the whole time. Needs some TLC."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been into when I walk in and got a room and my room was on the third floor. I got into the elevator. The elevator smelled. I got out of the elevator, and there was smell coming from the dingy carpet and it wasn’t lit and I all opened up the door to go in the room and I swear I was getting a room at a shelter refrigerator at rust thousand rust spots on it. The room was homeless looking shelter furniture if I didn’t have a 15 hour layover, I would’ve left...

"The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was fancier than expected. Ew restaurant are opening around it so there are more food options. My only thing is that the breakfast selection was limited."

"The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable."
