"For context, I needed a hotel close to the airport with a fridge and microwave. The only positive of my trip was that the hotel was close to the airport and the highways. The staff, about four of them, with whom I interacted, treated my typical traveler requests or questions as a hassle. I was given a new room when the first one was dirty and had bugs on the windowsill. The bed was a full, not a queen, and not comfortable. The kitchenette was woefully understocked. I had place settings for two and ONE small saucepot, no cooking utensils, nothing. Asked for a change of sheets and towels on day three, and was told they would be done after a week. I was told I could request it, but by that point, int I didn't want a possible continuation of curt, rude behavior or interactions. "Room was clean, but I didn't find the beds ultra comfortable. Maybe a little to stiff. The shower while clean, reminded me of an assisted living shower. "

"I usually do not like to stay close to airports, but this entire area is so quiet and convenient. The hotel was full but quiet and the hotel receptionist was friendly and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again!"

"In general it was good. Breakfast area was messy and slowly replenished when food runs out. Cleaning was understaffed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and old with malfunctioning springs "

"Breakfast food was great. Hot tub didn’t even have the heater on hot tub was cold.. bed was a -0. Hardest bed I’ve had. The shower was out of date. The worst part was the tv was in the center of the room n if u moved it to face the. Bed it would short out ."

"We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well. Also, they did not have fresh coffee. They had Tasters Choice instant coffee. Very low class. The hotel was not expensive, so I guess I can’t complain too much. You get what you pay for. "

"Everything about the stay was great. Front receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and everything was stocked. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is the hallway had a smell to it but besides that everything was amazing, I would definitely stay here again. "
