"Everything is good"

"The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high."

"The best thing was the shuttle service. They took u to the airport, airport rental car and to nearby stores and restaurants if didn’t have transportation they also served continental breakfast Unfortunately, the pool is outside so it wasn’t open Additionally, I had bugs ( ants?) in my room. They had to come in the middle of my stay and spray and did not offer me anything for that inconvenience. They acted like it was normal Also I had to call the front desk 3 times to quie down the adjacent...

"The hotel was nice enough. The restaurant was the star. The crabcake we got for dinner was the best crabcake we’ve ever had. During our three night stay, not once did they clean our room or make our beds or give us fresh towels without us having to go and ask. When we did ask, it took hours for them to finally get to us. It was within walking distance to the convention center, which was the reason why we booked it. Overall, it was fine. "

"Breakfast was poor, staff had a hard time keeping up with supplies such as coffee cups, creamer, english muffins, baked goods, ketchup, syrup. She kept running out all the above on both mornings, oh and in addition to to-go containers. It wasn’t that there were none left, she just couldn’t keep it stocked out front. It’s hard to justify paying for a partial breakfast. Me and my husband travel a lot and there have been free breakfasts at other hotels that blows this one out of the water. Also...

"What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds. Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice. The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it."

"This hotel has a great restaurant so if you need a full meal up to 11pm at night, this is a great option. There’s lots of variety on the menu. No need to go anywhere off property. The breakfast looked really good, but we had a very early flight, so when you can’t partake of their free breakfast, they let you choose a drink & a snack from their little marketplace. The airport shuttle is FREE."

"The room was adorable and very unique and it was perfect for the one night I stayed. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room I stayed in, but I don’t know if others might have more amenities. The bar in the hotel was an experience for sure and the atmosphere was unforgettable. I would definitely stay again!"

"Room was clean but requires significant maintenance. Paint chipping off walls. Parking was ample, but there were piles and piles of trash in the rear of the parking lot. Elevator had duct tape on it, which wasn’t comforting. Staff were nice during interactions, but had to wait at desk for them for a while. Bed was comfy and shower had a lot of water pressure. Outlets were loose so had to constantly readjust them to charge items before trip. I would not stay here again unless forced to."
