"The only issue I had was that our room had a conjoining door to another room. The only thing I can assume is two girls were out on the town and came back drunk, banging on the door and once a boyfriend or a friend let them in. They were screaming at the top of their lungs in general conversation at 1:30 in the morning. That lasted for about an hour to an hour and a half. Originally, I thought they were in the hallway until I realize. But normally our experience there is great it’s amazing. It’s really good."

"The hotel itself was modern, spotless and had wonderful staff! The location was perfect for a few days of wandering around downtown Asheville, and was close to other areas for exploration. I accidently left my wallet in an Uber on my second day. The staff went above and beyond to try to help me. Shoutout to Matt who took me to the driver's house (which was pretty close to the hotel) to get my wallet. I was able to board my plane with no problem since I was able to get my ID. The entire staff was amazing! "

"Immaculate room, and one of the largest rooms I've ever stayed in. The breakfast and coffee were on point. It was also very close to everything we needed! Best hotel on the strip, plus they have a Jacuzzi and pool to boot! Checking was super stress free and the staff were amazing and very nice! "

"The last stay was different because of some issues with other people and I found that the staff thats here are actually VERY VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING!! It was another guest that hadn't told me about the pet policy and I allowed them to come in not knowing about the NO PETS POLICY!! I WAS WRONG IN THINKING IT WAS THE STAFF THAT WERE AT FAULT!"
