"This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones."

Milena was very accommodating for our breakfast and was delicious!!!! Would not only stay here again but would highly recommend to others!!!"

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"I walked into my room to find there wasn’t any furniture! It was beautifully painted and the bathroom looked like it was newly tiled with all new fixtures. There was a bed but no dresser to put your clothes in. The only place to put cloths was in the one night stand. There were no lamps so you either had to use the room light or leave the bathroom light on. The tv was on a cabinet that had no other use than holding up the tv. That was it! When I asked why no furniture I was told they...

"Clean room. Courteous staff. Perfect for a quick stay and close to everything. Road construction outside the parking garage was a nuisance but that was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely would stay again when we're in town."

"My room was not cleaned. I asked at 3:36pm for my room to get cleaned and they stated that it would be clean before 10:30pm. I find that weird. I left my room at 8:30pm and I came back after midnight and it wasn’t cleaned. The next day I left at 8am for a track meet and came back at 3pm. My room was still not cleaned even though they were servicing the room next to me. The pool was down for maintenance. We had issues with the elevators during our stay and the staff is understaffed and...

"Inexpensive. The room was clean (when I arrived) and didn't smell, the air conditioner worked, and the shower had hot water. The room was poorly maintained. The privacy latch hung off the doorjamb, as if the door had been kicked in. There was a power strip dangling from the microwave (this is a code violation). The toilet flushed properly about half the time. There was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but I was here for five days, the room was never cleaned, and the trash wound up spilling...

"Had to beg housekeeping to clean my room after 7 days. Clean towels? Better off bringing your own. No elevator is hard for the disabled. The front desk on day shift was rude. Tyler was a completely unprofessional employee. He always stared at me and hated when I asked him anything. To make matters worse, I did not get my deposit back for a technicality. The room was cleaner than when I checked in. Don’t try to save money as you’ll pay for it in other ways. Look elsewhere! "
