"The breakfast was unimpressive, but the staff were excellent. Our closet doir was off the track and the toilet toll holder was loose. Every time we used toilet paper, the toll would fall off. But the staff responded to our complaints quickly and without complaint."

"We were there for multiple nites. After the first one we had to ask the front desk to have our room serviced as had not been. The staf dealing with guests are excellent, very friendly and goi g out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast cook was excellent "

I was there for my daughters college commence and the hotel experience was a nightmare. When I arrived it took 40 mins to check in because the computer was down. There was only 1 elevator working, which made wait time extremely long. The air conditioner in the rooms weren’t working. I couldn’t sleep all night because of it. The breakfast was poor. We booked a suite, the couch was extremely uncomfortable hard as a rock and could have used cushions, there was only 1. Pool was small, but otherwise the hotel appears to be clean."
