"A wonderful property central to all the theaters, shopping, Times Square and subway stations. We especially liked Rick's Café which offered 24 hour coffee and snacks, and a nice continental breakfast every morning. We'll be back."

"Great stay here, room was great and decent size. Only bad things are the lifts are frequently broken and out of order, and housekeeping guy was super intense- knocking at 9.30 in the morning and asking if we wanted services while I was still in bed in pajamas. I kept saying no to try and get him to go away but took ages for him to get the hint. Not a good start to the day. Otherwise it was great."

"Amenities were definitely mediocre and not up to par compared to the price of the hotel room. The breakfast restaurant on the main floor had rude waiters and the breakfast was definitely overpriced and not worth it. The bed was the best part."

"Located near theatre district, central park, mid-town offices and luxury shopping. safe area, very clean. Rooms are sound proofed, never heard a sound, no street noise, doors, or neighbors. Some rooms are suites. clean, comfortable, modern and bright. concierge, restaurant and bar and brand new fitness facility. This will be my new go -to hotel in NY. loved it!!"
