It was a good and clean place. I didn't see any staff! all things was by code and key. at the first glance it was scary because of the trees and plants around the building, but after entering to the place it was good enough.

Bug’s Hotel of Aachen

During enter , since no code is given us before we waited but its sorted. At night we noticed that towels were not washed ( from ex client/s ) has blood on them. Room was extremely eco friendly for BUGs.. We find opportunity to play with them. Counted at least 20 bugs in our room. Has anyone ever cleaned this hotel. I never seen such room in several years of travel. Cant sleep all night

Not great!

They didn't send me a code for checking in to my phone. There is no staff on site here. Luckily after waiting around for a half hour a guest who was staying here called them and got them to send my codes to his phone and he helped me get inside. Refrigerator didn't work and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Limpio y renovado, volvería, nunca antes.

Muy bien ubicado y fácil checking online. Todo lo demás, mediocre. Una sola toalla, el baño sucio, la moqueta con cristales, no limpiaron la habitación desde que llegamos, y apariencia envejecido. Teníamos dos reservas de tres días con un día por medio y no pudimos dejar el equipaje en ningún sitio. La primera habitación muy pequeña, la segunda, para 6 personas y al volver del desayuno sin haber dejado la habitación, nos encontramos dentro a una persona. Pago total al reservar y no reembolsable.

Leider war es ein komplett Kontakt loses Hotel. Keine Rezeption und auch ansonsten niemand als Ansprechpartner, was vorher nicht angekündigt wurde. Die Treppe mit dem wackeligen Handlauf ein absolutes Sicherheitsrisiko. Die Infos im Zimmer wiedersprüchlich und nicht sehr hilfreich. Die Sauberkait war gerade noch akzeptabel.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von 9 Übernachtungen keine Reinigung des Zimmers, obwohl tägliche Zimmerreinigung in der Buchung bestätigt wurde. Auch auf telefonische Nachfrage, Rezeption war zu den angegebenen Zeiten am Morgen nicht besetzt, wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Auf Nachfrage Handtücher getauscht. Zimmer waren angenehm groß und mit Balkon. Wenn nicht gerade Hotelgäste Party bis morgens um 7 Uhr auf den Zimmern machen, war es sehr angenehm Ruhig. Für eine kürzere Übernachtungen zu empfehlen, für längere Aufenthalte durch die fehlende Zimmerreinigung eher nicht. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt mit tollen Restaurants und super Kneipen.

Gut 1km vom Bahnhof, alles fußläufig, Umgebung nicht so superinteressant, aber der schönen Seiten Aachens sind ja in der Nähe, Check In via Schlüsselbox, hatte keinen Kontakt zu einem Mitarbeiter in der ganzen Zeit. Ansonsten aber alles fein, Zimmergröße war sehr schön mit Balkon.

Das Zimmer ist schön ausgestattet und hat einen grossen Balkon. Es kriegt sehr viel Licht. Was die Sauberkeit und Service angeht, kann alles als schrecklich bezeichnet werden. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen. Zu dem Preis laesst sich sicher etwas besseres finden.

It’s pretty basic and dated, although the room was massive. It’s not in a particularly great area of town but it’s walkable to the city centre in less than 20 minutes. The guy on reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten die „Penthouse-Suite“ gebucht. Die Lage war echt nett, allg. gesehen sieht sie gut aus. Leider gab es gewisse Dinge, die man ändern bzw verbessern könnte. Die Kühlschränke bringen nicht wirklich Leistung. Statt alte Kühlschränke eines Hotels zu verwenden ist es sinnvoller, einen richtigen Kühlschrank zu kaufen. Die Spültischarmatur ist kaputt, das Gestrüpp auf den Balkonen könnte auch etwas zurückgeschnitten werden, im hinteren Bereich konnte man die Tür vor lauter Krabbelvieh nicht öffnen. Die alten Blätter des Olivenbaums wurden vorher auch nicht entfernt. Für eine Nacht war das so weit in Ordnung, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt könnte es stören.

Une bonne expérience à Aix la Chapelle

Une chambre spacieuse : n° 14 avec balcon "boisé" (beaucoup de mésanges et des écureuils qui passent sans cesse: pour moi un grand plaisir et un plus!) au 4ème étage sans ascenseur : à trois nous avons été très confortables; seul petit bémol : on ne nous a pas communiqué le code d'entrée et la clé ne fonctionnait pas en bas (heureusement d'autres visiteurs arrivaient au bon moment; car l'accueil est ouvert de 9 à 18 heures : un type très sympathique et serviable. Au total une bonne expérience!

I stayed in the penthouse suite, which was spectacularly spacious, with huge windows overlooking the city on either end of the space. The whirlpool tub worked, and the wintergarten area of the room was very nice, but the furnishings were just a little bit too flimsy. The location was great at about a 10 minute walk from city center and main train station. Lack of an elevator made the 6-story climb to the room a little too laborious. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. The nearby local bar, Cocon, offered a much better experience than any of the touristy locations in the center.

Selbstgebastelte Einrichtung

Rezeption nicht besetzt. Man bekommt eine SMS mit einem Zugangscode um an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Das Penthouse-Zimmer ist sehr groß, nur leider überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Vieles wurde sehr rudimentär zusammengebastelt: siehe Bilder. Sauber war der Boden auch nicht. Sollte mal wieder nass gewischt werden. Ruhige Lage. Das ist aber auch das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel. Nein, da würde ich nicht mehr übernachten.

La verdad es que las fotos llevan a confusión, a ver, el problema por ejemplo es que no hay ascensor, a mi me tocó la cuarta planta y nadie me ayudó a subir las maletas. El que me hizo la recepción fue muy amable pero hasta ahí. Luego a partir de las 18:00 cierran la recepción y te quedas con una llave para entrar si quieres ir a dar una vuelta, cenar, pero no sabes nada de la gente en el hotel, da más la sensación de que alquilas una habitación con baño que no estaban mal, eso es cierto, pero no parecía en sí un hotel. A mi me decepcionó en parte por esto que acabo de explicar.
