"Wonderful couple who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay again"

"Beautiful property in an idyllic setting. Breakfast is a wonderful combination of husband-made marmalades, fresh fruit and perfectly cooked dishes. The hostess is beyond helpful, giving us a perfect itinerary that included an amazing nearby art hotel and a surprisingly interesting castle. We will stay here again!"

"Great location, very clean and as described. Secure entry and helpful staff. Highly recommend."

"This was one of the most welcoming and homey places I have stayed. As a solo traveler, having a safe place to stay with kind and helpful people if I needed anything made a huge difference. Plus the breakfast (not included but very reasonable) was excellent! Thank you!!"

"We had a nice one-night stay here and the family room we had was very well appointed and clean with quality fittings. The decor was good but could have been a bit more warm and inviting. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfast was great - the food was well presented and fresh. There wasn't a bar as such but the reception staff were available to provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the small lounge area. "Nancy, our host, was wonderful. Made us comfortable immediately and has a beautiful home. Our morning breakfast was cooked to order from our large menu options. Definitely stay again."
