"Malheureusement, celle-ci a été très décevante et ne répond aucunement à mes attentes. C'était la première fois à votre établissement , c'était pour essayer.
Nous étions deux collègues de travail, logés à des étages différents (mon collègue au deuxième étage et moi-même au cinquième).
Tout d’abord, je tiens à souligner un problème important lié à l’aménagement de la chambre.
Le système d’éclairage de la salle de bain, activé par un détecteur de mouvement, est extrêmement dérangeant. Souffrant d’insomnie, comme plusieurs personnes, le fait que la lumière s’allume automatiquement lors des déplacements nocturnes rend le sommeil presque impossible. Ce type d’installation est très mal adapté pour un hôtel.
Ensuite, les nuisances sonores ont été constantes : portes qui claquent, bruits répétés dans les corridors et enfants courant,tous ça jusque tard dans la nuit, sans intervention apparente. À cela s’est ajouté un ascenseur hors service créé par les mêmes gens, ce qui a grandement nui au confort du séjour, particulièrement pour les clients logés aux étages supérieurs.
De plus, un incident très désagréable est survenu lorsque nous avons poliment demandé à des personnes de faire moins de bruit. En retour, nous avons été insultés de façon inacceptable(Crazy White men). Aucune gestion adéquate de la situation ne semble avoir été faite, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement hôtelier.
En résumé, ce séjour a été une expérience très négative.
