"We recently stayed at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. The check-in team were super helpful and friendly, which made for a great first impression. The rooms were adequate overall, although unfortunately the heater in my room was broken, so it was a little cold during the stay. The restaurant menu offered good variety and the food quality itself was very nice. However, the service level from the team was quite poor. "This is a really nice place to stay, however there is no fridge in the room and no laundry on site. But those are the only bad things about it. There is a bus stop close by that is not that far of a walk."

"Had to attempt to check in x3 times to room not being ready at 2pm - stated hotel was busy, however others being allocated rooms straight away who were on a conference. "

"We paid for an upgrade but it was a fairly standard room with a view of the car park. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, bed comfortable and an excellent power shower. Buffet style breakfast was delicious with additional items freshly prepared if requested. I would happily stay again."

"Poor. Shower was hanging off, water appears to come straight from the earths core at 100000 degrees and whatever you do, do not put shampoo in your hair as the shower has the power of a dead donkey!"
