"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...

"Everything was excellent. One of the nicest places that we’ve stayed in Europe or anywhere else. In a nice historic building right in the middle of The Piazza della Repubblica, close to everything you prob want to see or a very short walk for the most part. Close to the train and bus stations if you are traveling to other cities (like we did) or going to the outlet mall. "Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure.
