The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room. The location was very close to all of the attractions, especially the duomo (5-7 min walk). Highly, highly recommend! "

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Spadai! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Duomo and within walking distance to everything Florence has to offer. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight for me was the breakfast—it was truly unlike anything I’ve ever seen, with an endless selection of pastries. "Lovely hotel, though we were in a room next to the lift which was surprisingly noisy. Our bathroom (which turned out to be a shower room) was beautifully fitted but unreasonably small. The terrace was fine but overhyped as it is confined with multitudes of tourists streaming past which felt far from luxurious. Considering how overwhelmingly busy the location is, a roof terrace would be preferable. The staff were wonderful and the concierge, Dario, was marvellous."

"Golden Tower was a highlight of our trip to Florence. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food available. The hotel had a high end feel compared to some of the other hotels we’ve used in Florence. The location is perfect, located across the street from the unique Teatro Odeon bookshop. I will definitely choose Golden Tower again in the future."
