"This is the place to stay if you want to see the sites in Florence. It is literally next to the Duomo and all the amazing stores and restaurants. Even though the streets are noisy- you will not hear anything when in the hotel. It is on the third floor and has no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up and down the stairs. Breakfast is fresh and wonderful and the staff are very helpful and kind. "

"The room is large and comfortable and the bathroom is always warm which is good during cold autumn period. They provide free flow of water and juice bottles which is rare in other hotels. The area is superb as it is right in the piazzia de signoria and walking steps to uffizi gallery. Overall, the best stay of my italy trip."

"Our rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff greeted us at the door and clearly walked us through everything we needed to know. The location was conveniently located on a square which made it very easy to fine and remember. The only downside was the we had a lot of luggage and when we needed to leave it, there was not a lot of storage in the space to do so. The staff made it work by putting things in cabinets though. "
