"This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again."

Really good location for everything the only slight negative due to our age more than anything and nothing that could be done as this is an old building the stairs 4 floors was difficult with luggage. "We stayed at this property for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and they said the Murphy bed was comfortable. The walk from the train station about 15 minutes. It was a little hard to find when we first got there but a waiter from a nearby restaurant helped us. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. "The location was amazing and the room was small but really cute. But We did travel during the heat dome but the ac on the entire floor broke. They didn’t have much to offer for the inconvenience. They offered a fan but it was actually taken by someone else. They had no other rooms and didn’t even offer a discount. I was disappointed by the customer service. It was very hot!!"
