"Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure.
