"We arrived after hours, but Marco provided us with excellent instructions with photos on how to enter the building and arrive at our room. One thing to note, there's no elevator (lift) on the property and the rooms are up three flights of stairs. Take your time on the stairs, especially with luggage. The room was great! "lovely hotel, right next door to Palazzo Davanzati, so absolutely in the centre of Florence. Large room, beautifully laid out. The street is a busy pedestrian one, but top quality double glazing kept out all noise at night. The staff were ALL friendly and there was a wonderful atmosphere of happiness throughout.
