"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...

The staff showed an amazing eye to detail which made us feel cared for and that our comfort and enjoyment were important to them. The breakfast sets you up for the day of exploring Florence. I would give five stars for this alone. However what makes this a great place to base yourself in Florence is the location. Right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance....
