"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.

"Vi checkade in sent på fredagkvällen och fick tydliga instruktioner för incheckning efter receptionen stängt (-20:00). Betalning vid incheckning funkade smidigt. Helt otroligt läge, på en av de mer välbesökta piazzorna och alldeles intill Uffizi och Ponte Vecchio som var två av våra mest tydliga ”bucket-list” platser att besöka. "This is a great place to stay when in Florence! The hotel is exquisitely decorated, location is unbearable and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities supplied by the hotel are similar to those of a 5 star hotel. The only negative is that if you drive a car, to locate the hotel is not as straight forward and there is no parking nearby. There are garages nearby but you have to reserve in advance and in our case, had to look for one farther away since the one nearby was fully...
"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "

"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"
