I felt neglected there wasnt any clear direction of point of contact . We had no hot water for two days and our door had been broken our entire staying posing as a saftey issue . I did submit a complain about the door which took two day for them to fix and it still was not fixed. Overall disappointed with my stay this time around and with the service level from cozy. CoY was not reachable for days and they were unorganized and not helpful . There was also a strange terrible scent in the kitchen area of the apartment

So we were supposed to be at the Solaris but last second were contacted by one of the people for i guess both properties(they have multiple it seems like) and told they didn't actually have the room/property that I paid for through Expedia. He further tried to make it seem like it was my problem until pressing him he changed us to the Signature which although a slightly larger footprint was older, the front desk people need custpmer service training and it took longer to get squared away which after a long day of travel isnt what you want to deal with. They never took responsibility for issues such as not cleaning but twice during our 2 wk stay and the fact there was water condensation/from cleaners that made a huge puddle in the living room by the backwards installed screen/sliding door. I mean for a first impression it wasn't great. The gym was over run the first few days by extremely loud groups of guys videoing which ironically throughout the property says isn't allowed. The apartment was ok, bed was tiny, bedroom tv didn't work, there were brief power outages and internet disconnections want. The pool was ok although wasn't well maintained there were broken tiles in the pool. Might want to wear pool shpes/water shoes not to get injure. and definitely goggles to not catch something

Im writing this review now cause I can’t let myself be scammed twice by the same individual. First time I booked Solaris apartment was on my birthday. I called and informed that I was gonna check in late and they said it was okay, I got there and waited FOUR HOURS. Cause they couldn’t reach the host. When they finally reach someone, I was told the apartment was removed from Expedia and was asked to pay AGAIN in cash and that I’ll be refunded my money through Expedia. Exhausted, I agreed. It’s been a month and I’ve not been refunded. Mind you, I’ve tried communicating with both the host and Expedia and the host has basically refused to refund me, cause Expedia has been calling him to give the approval for a refund but he has refused to respond. Fast forward to present day. I booked at the Lennox apartment for today. I called the host like I always do to inform them of my arrival and lo and behold it’s the same host. He gave me the same story as the last time, that it’s been removed from Expedia so the listing shouldn’t be showing and I reminded him that this isn’t not our first rodeo and I’ve given this story before, by him and he asked me to take it up with Expedia. I let him know I was gonna leave a bad review on his listing on Expedia. And this is what he texts me “ You might as well not call me for room tomorrow because after your blackmail I am not hosting you. Please do yourself a favor and call Expedia for cancellation” BEWARED THIS LISTING IS A SCAM”
