"Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. "Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily "

"This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)"

"One of the worst check in processes I have every been apart of with Marriott. Arrived slightly before 3 pm check in. Rooms were not ready for our party and several more. (20+). We waited over 1 hour before our first room was ready and then another 1 1/2 before second room was ready. The front desk personal prior to 3 pm were not efficient and basically wanted to pass the buck to the next shift reporting at 3. No communication, no service, basically rooms aren't ready come back in 30 minutes...
