"We loved our two night stay at Rooms Kazbegi. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The vast main space off the lobby and eating areas have outstanding views of Mt. Kazbegi. As well as lovely and luxurious array of seating areas to enjoy that view, a drink, or read a book. The rooms feel just a dated but very comfortable. We had the forest view and really loved it. We rarely spend time in the hotel sitting areas, but this hotel was an exception with their indoor and outdoor areas both...

"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...
