"We had stayed at the Athens Gate Hotel in the past and enjoyed it very much. The rooftop patio and restaurant offered a great selection of delicious cocktails and meals along with a great buffet breakfast. The views from the restaurant are spectacular! The Acropolis and Parthenon are visible from one side and the Temple of Zeus from another. Within walking distance to a pedestrian walkway offering souvenirs, drinks, gelato and more. Restaurants are aplenty along the way as well as the Acropolis...

"Das Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl in der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Die Lobby wunderschön, die Zimmer sauber jedoch abgewohnt und eher alte Einrichtung, das Bad sauber, es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Lage exzellent, einmal ums Eck und du hast den Eingang zur Akropolis. Ein Dankeschön an das Team der Rezeption, die auch nach dem checkout noch sehr hilfsbereit war."

"The room was clean. The rules were written out exactly for you. If you use the towel or requested an extra towel, there was an extra charge, extra charge for having the sheets changed earlier than three days. The closet situation was very poor, we finally requested a chair in our room as there was no chair to sit on. The staff was nice and helpful. The rules got to us. Would I stay there again, no. There also was no breakfast included and instant coffee in our room."

"This property was fantastic and it’s perfect for a group traveling together. I went with my family and we appreciated the beautiful, spacious rooms and the 2.5 bathrooms. These made it easy to sleep restfully and get ready for our days! The travel accommodations they helped provide were also great. There’s so much within walking distance, we loved being located here. The only thing is that because you’re in the center of everything, the cars can be a little noisy, but this wasn’t a big problem...

"The location of this hotel is amazing for visiting the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the charming lanes, shops and restaurants of the older central area of Athens. The front desk staff were very helpful and personable, and the selection and flavor of the breakfast buffet very nice. There is a sister or affiliated hotel a short distance around the corner where we enjoyed drinks at its bar/restaurant. Overall, a very nice experience. "

"Room was very nice with a comfortable bed. Everything was updated. The staff was amazing and so helpful.
Only suggestion I have is the rooms (we stayed in two different room types) do not have enough lighting. Need more lighting at the vanity for putting on makeup. "

"We had a great stay! The location is perfect and we could walk to everything, you can see the Parthenon from the deck and the acropolis museum is across the street. The apartment was in great condition and they had pastries, jams and Greek yogurt to make a nice breakfast before heading out. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
