"Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. "1st room we got stuck in because the door frame had come away from the wall therefore we couldn't open the door. We managed to somehow adjust it so my partner went to reception to report the matter. The lady who came up, I think her name was Luckye was brilliant, she changed our room and gave us 2 free drinks for the inconvenience. 2nd room brilliantly, I would definitely choose tribe as my 1st choice of Manchester Airport hotels. Bar and outside area were great as well."
