"The drinks and food I found very expensive and the waitress from the bar were not up front with the prices. The Hotel is new and clean but if you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend it. You will hear all the traffic all night long. "

"We stayed with ours children during the spring break. The hotel is in a central location and very close to many great restaurants, shops and museums. Ours room has a great view of the cathedral and we also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. It’s has a direct view of the Zocalo. The staff is very nice and professional. it’s a great hotel and we would definitely come back!"

"Si Escoges este Hotel por el Traslado del aeropuerto al Hotel, ten encuenta que el autobus lo mandan cada hora. No cuando llegas a la puerta 4, me dejaron esperando el traslado casi una hora, despues de que tuve un vuelo dificil. Nunca me dijeron que salia cada hora. En la descripción pusieron que cuando uno llega a la puerta 4 de 10 a 15 minutos mandan el autobus, Falso. Cada Hora. Aparte me hicieron creer que el desayuno era de cortesía cuando yo al pagar la Habitación ya lo tenia incluido...

"Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant...
