"Everything about the Garner Hotel in Londonderry, NH was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient and near the entrance."

"The first room we were given has no carpet and there was evidence of insect activity (bedbugs) on the corners of the mattress pad. When we complained they immediately gave us a different room. That room was okay, but the carpet hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. We will not stay there again."

"Spent 6 nights at hotel. I interacted with several of the front desk staff and every one of them was excellent. Went over the top with questions, helped provide everything I asked for and was very friendly. No complaints about staff - 10/10. Only complaint was it seemed every ice maker was out of service but I’m sure they were trying to resolve that issue."

"We spent 6 days visiting the east coast, The staff was exceptionally helpful, great breakfast, good internet service. The only downside was the construction in the hallway and a two broken washing machines in the gust laundry."

"As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again."

"The room was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of parking. The grounds were well maintained and set back from the highway so there was very little road noise. Highway access was also excellent and for those who Iike to shop and dine out, there is a smorgasbord of every type of shop just across the street. The rooms are spacious and reasonably well kept, with the edges of the wallpaper showing some needed repair - not a concern, just an FYI. The price per night...
