"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the property having an EV charger, the staff didn’t even seem to know it existed, nor could they tell me the price or how to pay. It turned out to be $15.99 per session, which was quite steep. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mattress appeared to have been soiled, and management refused to switch rooms, replace the mattress, or even clean the room. There were insects present as well....

"I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected."

"The property is really outdated. The pictures online need to be updated so other guests see the real property. My room I checked into was really outdated. The bathroom floor and shower were extremely old and uneven, the shower had mold, the carpets were old and needed care. I lifted the side of my mattress and food crumbs were there. The hallways smelled like weed all week! Stay here if you are in a jam and need a quick place to stay."

"So apparently this property allows tenants to rent by the week. All day and all night the tenants would congregate right behind the office and talk and yell so loud that anyone trying to do business. Oh I forgot about the barking dogs and the different tenants yelling at either the dogs/children to be quiet and or behave. I reported it to the front desk and finally around 12:45 am the noise stopped!"
