"There was no TV in the bedroom. There’s a bunch of wires coming out of the desk. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. There was no telephone. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk."

We were on the third floor. It was sad that the sink faucet had more pressure than the shower head. Breakfast was decent same thing all 3 days soggy scrambled eggs and sausage. "This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again."

"The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell."

Fire alarm doesn’t work and is just hanging from the ceiling.
