"Front our lovely welcome from all the staff, our room was quaint and spotless plus a very huge comfy bed. Our breakfast everyday was delicious plus we ate in the Restaurant one evening and they couldn't do enough for us."

"I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. A special thank you to Eli, Patrick and Daniel, who all went above and beyond to make...

"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Very well looked after resort with fantastic staff - all of them had a great attitude"

"Superb hotel, great location for ourselves, 3rd time visiting and we love this hotel. Room was lovely and clean, we chose to overlook the pool area. Breakfast is outstanding, probably the best you can get. Staff and housekeeping are are great, super professional. I’d highly highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t fault it."

"Alles top"

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall...

"un tres bel hôtel, parking sécurisé vastes piscines avec suffisamment de transats un restaurant vraiment excellent, avec des buffets exceptionnels... vraiment hzureux de notre choix ! 👍 on recommande sans reserve"

"Camera pulita, Personale cordiale. Alcuni servizi da rivedere, come il bollitore a pagamento e il servizio consegna asciugamani chiuso all'orario di pranzo. Il cibo abbondante ma si può migliorare la qualità. Nel complesso siamo stati bene."

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all."
