Like a few other people mentioned, the access into the property is terrible, had to get out the car to open the gate, then we got tooted by the next car as we were too slow. Only 2 glasses for 4 people. But other than that clean room, plenty of room

Everything was good nice clean rooms comfy beds. A very affordable rate. Would thoroughly recommend even though I was extremely apprehensive about there not being a check-in desk and having key access on phone. It was really easy and would definitely book again.

Great place to stay with lots pf room and great value walking distance to trams & buses heaps of restaurants at your finger tips. The only down fall was the noise from the main road if you shut place up it was quite good

Avoid hotels with no staff and only remote key.

Tiny room with no space for luggage. Tiny table in kitchen folds against the wall for space. Only seats inside low, concrete, stools. Only way in is with a smart phone e-key. My wife could not leave room because she doesn’t have a smartphone. We were locked out the day before checkout because e-key expired early. Difficult to reach customer service. If this happened after hours we would have been locked out on the street all night.

Are stay was very nice as it was very clean, tidy and updated. The bed was very comfortable too. Would definitely stay again because it was close to everything and the city too.

Apartment was well equipped and very well presented. We loved it and will be back in future. Super Close to shops, supermarkets and even a playground. Can be a bit difficult in peak traffic to go in and out, just need to be careful. Lift is a bit small but may be it’s the usual size. Thanks for having us.

Unfortunately, this stay was appalling. My virtual key didn't work and I was locked out of my Apartment at 10.45pm, called after hours and was advised I had to wait for 25 minutes for security to arrive and give me access. Security was great, however the follow up with a staff member called Harry, was unacceptable. He came down to the property the following morning as I wanted to pop out of the apartment and wanted to ensure i could get back in. He blatantly insisted that there was nothing wrong with my digital access and that i wasn't holding it correctly. I was able to access the building entry as well as lift entry, holding my phone the same way that I attempted room entry. Both times i was given remote access (It also happened upon arrival) my digital key worked fine straight afterwards but after a few hours it stopped working and said "No locks found' Harry insisted that it would say "access denied" if it wasn't working properly, but i repeatedly expressed to him that even security attempted entry with my digital key and it didn't work for him either. Extremely disappointing managemet

Location was great, but the biggest let down was the cleanliness of the property! We found hair on the floor in the shower, rubbish left behind on top of garbage bin that cleaners failed to check! Missing cutlery pieces etc! And the Justin Mobile was a bit inconvenient as only one person can have the app, not exactly family friendly especially when travelling with kids! The Apartment itself was comfortable and modern!
