"Wonderful property, large 1 bedroom apartment on ground floor, with kitchen, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine & clothes rack. 2 minutes walk to Hutt St, for lots of bars and restaurants, also on Hutt St buses for the loop route. Free parking on Hume St (weekend only). Hume St is a nice quiet street. Perfect for long or short stays. I will definitely recommend to others."

"Tell people when they book that it's a work site with jackhammers and that basic amenities are out of order the actual apartment was beautiful but getting in and out was a pain and you knew I was in a wheelchair but your workmen blocked the wheelchair access and laughed at my difficulties "

"The deluxe apartment is a good size with plenty of room. Our apartment was towards the side and was very quite despite looking into a car park. The internet didn’t work in our room."

"The location and parking was important especially as the weather was wet and cold. We had an event walking distant from the hotel, we also had access to a restaurant for dinner and a cafe for breakfast. The tea and coffee making and toiletries in bathroom suited us as it was an overnight stay. The website needs to be updated as it stated need to use stairs, no mention of lift."
