"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. "We had a wonderful stay at Batumi View Luxury in Batumi! By mistake we booked a Family Room of 2 bedrooms thinking it to be an apartment. However, on realizing our mistake we requested the manager to accommodate us in an apartment with kitchen so that it would be easier for us to cook food. The manager graciously obliged and gave us an apartment. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and fully equipped for a comfortable visit.
