The deluxe AC room has a comfortable king bed, good reverse cycle Air-conditioning unit as well as ceiling fan, bar fridge, stainless steel electric kettle, flat screen TV, premium quality linen, quilts and towels, and good Tata Tetley teabags and instant coffee with creamer and sugar is provided. "We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again."

"We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. "
